WEBSITE NOTE29 OCTOBER 2026

How enquiry information is handled

The record created by the form

A submitted enquiry includes the name, email, selected topic and message you enter, together with an identifier and submission time generated by the server. Consent is required. Please limit the message to the website question you want reviewed.

The purpose of the record

The site stores valid enquiries so the operator can examine questions and corrections. It does not automatically send them to an external email service, create a marketing profile or register a game account.

Tool inputs stay on the page

The plan selections and token counts are processed in your current browser page. They are not added to the enquiry record, sent as votes or stored in a persistent browser profile. A reload restores the defaults.

Security and technical information

The form uses a session identifier, request token, validation and a short submission rate limit. The hosting environment may keep its own request logs. The supplied code includes no analytics or advertising tracker.

Requests about a saved enquiry

Choose Privacy request on the contact form and include the saved reference if you have it. Explain the access, correction or deletion you are requesting without repeating unnecessary sensitive detail. No response deadline is promised here.

Retention and removal

The operator should keep enquiries only for the time their purpose or an applicable obligation requires, then remove them through an appropriate process. This implementation does not claim an automatic deletion schedule. Deleting a browser cookie does not remove a server record.
